Heat Pump Wastewater Evaporators:
HEAT PUMP VACUUM EVAPORATORS (HP)
The product to evaporate is pulled into the wastewater
evaporator using the
vacuum inside the
boiler, generated by the vacuum circuit.
The cooling cycle, equipped with a heating pump, is able both to
heat the liquid in
treatment and to cool the vapors produced during the boiling phase.
Both the heating of the wastewater being evaporated and the
condensing of the distilled water are performed by the operation of
the heat pump. The high pressure Freon is used to heat; the
low pressure Freon is used to cool.
