The refrigerating circuit of the wastewater evaporator is always correctly dimensioned and is based on the power of the main compressor. An under-dimensioning of the refrigerating circuit, can in effect, reduce the life of its components due to an abnormal work rate.

Fan Speed Regulation

Another characteristic of Formeco wastewater evaporators is the continuous regulation of the pressure in the refrigerating circuit by regulating the fan speed of the heat exchanger. This means a regular functioning of the wastewater evaporator and a lower wear rate of the motor-fans.

Possibility to Connect to Storage Tanks

Formeco can supply a turnkey solution with wastewater evaporator systems that can include storage tanks for the liquid to be treated and for the distillate, eventually transferring distillate to the customer’s production point for reuse. By means of level controls, the system is completely automatic, it is possible to display the functions and to have remote acoustic warning devices.
