A Crystallizer for regeneration of copper, brass, silver, zinc, cadmium plating, burnishing, pickling of sulfuric and sulfuric-nitric acid, salts of thermal treatment, pickling of copper printed matter, photo printing.

Automatic extraction of crystals. Models made with stainless steel AISI 316, with anti-acid materials, electrical protection IP 55, refrigerating circuit with Freon 22, air condensation, automatic loading and unloading.

Operating Principle: the solution to be treated is automatically drawn from the working bath or from a reserve tank, and then cooled at a certain temperature; when crystals are separated and unloaded, the solution is sent again to the bath or the reserve tank. There are three different kind of crystallization : discontinuous, half-continuous, continuous.  Crystals are raised by means of a cochlea till the drainage system (standard) or to a centrifugal separator (optional).  The optimal working temperature is established in relation to the kind of salt to be crystallized and its curve of solubility, which is influenced by the composition of the bath.  The contents of residual salt is regulated on the basis of theoretic data and experimental verification.
